The company officers have extensive backgrounds in business and corporate management.

Since 1993, we have been bringing common sense business and ideas and practices to independent pharmacies. Prior to founding Retail Services Group, the officers had experience with Fortune 500 corporate management and  as entrepreneurs.

Larry Lewis, President and CEO, had more than 26 years as a problem solver for Fortune 500 companies. An MBA, he has served as a “turn-around specialist” for numerous companies experiencing changing markets. Educated at Wichita State University he has been a proponent of the business school entrepreneurial program.

Bernadette Lewis, Vice President and Director of Customer Service Enhancements, has extensive experience managing Customer Service Centers in various companies. Educated at Central Michigan University, BA in Business Administration and Psychology, she brings extensive experience to RSG’s “Legendary” Customer Service program. 

In addition to the officers listed above, RSG’s analysts and business development personnel all are selected for their backgrounds in retail management, marketing, finance, and/or accounting and their ability to work effectively with both management and staff.  Each adds his or her own expertise to our service capabilities.
